iMultiply are delighted to be working with a leading Glasgow based organisation to support in the recruitment of a Credit Controller on a 12 month FTC basis.

The RoleThe successful candidate will effectively manage client portfolios, handle collections, and proactively reduce aged debt through strategic collection techniques. Strong relationship-building with internal stakeholders and maintaining accurate system records are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of credit control
  • Maintaining the aged debtors portfolio
  • Reduce debt through pro-active collection activity by phone, letter and email
  • Creation of all debt related reporting
  • Dealing with all credit control related queries, investigating, and managing through to completion
  • Making recommendations for bad debt write off

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in credit control
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook) and experience with multiple platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-transaction environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work autonomously as well as in a team
