Description
- Manage and chase outstanding debts to ensure timely payments.
- Perform credit checks for new customers and manage credit limits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer details and account records.
- Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms.
- Prepare accurate reports on accounts receivable status.
- Assist with the development and implementation of credit control procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A strong educational background in Accounting & Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
