Description

  • Manage and chase outstanding debts to ensure timely payments.
  • Perform credit checks for new customers and manage credit limits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer details and account records.
  • Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms.
  • Prepare accurate reports on accounts receivable status.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of credit control procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • A strong educational background in Accounting & Finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
