We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business based in Glasgow. With a growing client portfolio, this is a temporary role to support the company over the busy Christmas period.We are looking to speak with candidates who have at least two years of experience in a credit control or collections environment.Key Responsibilities:* Adhere to Credit Control procedures, driving team targets.* Resolve queries promptly and professionally.* Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.* Maintain accurate records and correspondence.* Lead and motivate a small team of Credit Controllers.* Meet and exceed KPIs.* Handle LBAs, writ proceedings, and high-value debts.* Process payments, reminders, and daily cash postings.* Reconcile client remittances and manage the legal tab on Debtor Tracker.* Follow up on missed or short payments.What We're Looking For:* Strong communication skills* Proficiency in finance systems* Competency with Microsoft ExcelIf you're a motivated Credit Controller looking to make an impact in a growing business, we'd love to hear from you!
