They are looking for two driven and confident individuals to join their Agent team providing support to the wider business. This is a fantastic opportunity to get exposure to a busy environment working with customers, other departments and gaining a qualification!

This organisation invests massively in young people, previously taking on apprentices in Admin, IT, Marketing. You’ll be in safe hands, many apprentices have remained with the company and one has even progressed to become a manager.

What will I be doing?

  • Acting as first point of contact for customers who require a service
  • Assigning work to engineers via Bantham. Bantham is a CRM system – you will become an expert in this by the end of your apprenticeship
  • Using Batham, you will liaise with all engineers on job updates, ETAs and payment details
  • Managing data on Microsoft Excel where you will store customer information such as date, cost and time of service
  • Responsible for the storage of accurate information onto OneDrive
  • Processing of orders which includes taking card payments using a card system

Salary:

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
