Aftersales Manager Vacancy
Location: Glasgow
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am-6:00pm
Salary: £55,000, OTE £70,000
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager/Service Manager for our clients' main dealer site in the Glasgow area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Aftersales Manager looking to progress and working for an excellent company.
Aftersales Manager duties:
- Running the Aftersales aspect of the dealership you will be responsible for Service, Parts & Workshop.
- Managing the team making sure all departments are working to targets daily and following company processes.
- From day to day running of the Workshop, managing the Technicians / Mechanics to achieve maximum productivity, making sure that the Service Advisors are very customer focused and achieved upselling targets to budget and KPI monitoring.
- Looking for someone to manage the team to deliver a first-class service throughout all departments while making sure the team are engaged and delivering on key targets.
- Liaising directly with the Senior Team
Aftersales Manager Requirements:
- Ideally have experience as an Aftersales Manager though happy to look at someone working as a Service Manager. Must have at least 1 years' experience within the Managers role.
- Must hold a Full UK Driving licence
- Happy to look at someone from a volume or prestige background.
