Case Coordinator/Customer Service Administrator - Legal Sector

I am currently recruiting for a Case Coordinator/Customer Service Administrator, to join our client who are a well established legal firm in the City Centre of Glasgow. This is a full time, permanent role and a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a career within the Legal sector!
This will be office based initially, however after 3 months and after being fully trained you will have the option to work from home 1 day a week. You will work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. The salary for this position will be 24,000 per annum.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients to gather financial details and statements. Forward collected information to the vetting team for review and decision-making
Accurately input and update client data in the system
Inform clients of the vetting team's decision regarding their case outcome
Send legal documents, request identification, and proof of address in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Review and verify received paperwork and identification
Assign cases to fee earners promptly and ensure all necessary client risk assessments are completed
Coordinate documents with partners & support with aspects of administration
Monitoring coordinator inbox, where you will be responsible for keeping this up to date and clear
Skills and Experience required:
- Comfortable with call handling
- Have experience within a customer service/administrative background
- Comfortable gathering the data from clients regarding Personal Injury cases
- Works well under pressure
- Has a great telephone manner and is comfortable engaging with solicitors and customers on phone and via email
- Comfortable working in a professional office environment
- Has excellent communication skills
