Customer Service & Admin Advisor - Move from Hospitality to an Office-Based Role

Are you looking to step away from hospitality and into a stable, office-based role? We are hiring Customer Service & Admin Advisors in Glasgow, where you'll use your excellent communication and organisational skills to support students over the phone and via email.

Role: Customer Service & Admin AdvisorLocation: Glasgow

Salary - £12.86 salary equivalent £23,000 (up to £500 bonus) OTE £29,000

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday - no weekends

What the role involves:

  • Speaking with students over the phone (not sales-based and not on the phone all day)
  • Responding to emails and handling administrative tasks
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
