We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Glasgow. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing them with outstanding service and support. Your role will involve handling inquiries, processing transactions, and offering advice on our range of financial products and services.Key Responsibilities:* Offer technical support around web based enquiries.* Provide information and advice on their financial products and services.* Handle cash transactions, account openings, and loan applications.* Resolve member issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.* Promote their products and services to meet the needs of our members.* Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and objectives.Requirements:* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial sector.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.* Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.* A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.Benefits:* £24K salary* No evenings or weekend requirements (Monday - Friday)* Generous holiday entitlement (41 days)* Hybrid working model* January start date
