Customer Service Advisor - Credit Card Disputes

Location: Glasgow - Hybrid after training
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary: 22,800 per annum up to 26,000 per annum

About the Role

As a member of the Disputes department, you'll support our clients Credit Card customers by resolving disputes when purchases don't meet expectations. You'll work closely with customers to identify issues, provide guidance, and secure refunds where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers by investigating credit card disputes and processing refunds when eligible.
Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call centre environment.
Collaborate within a dynamic team to handle a high volume of customer queries.
