Customer Service Advisor Extraordinaire
Location: Bridgeton - Right on site, where the action is!
Hours: 40 hours a week. Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, with rotating Saturdays (because we know you love a good weekend switch-up) from 9am-5pm
Salary: 12/hour (24,960 per year, if you're counting!)

The Role:
This role is initially offered a temporary basis with the potential of permanent contract.
As the go-to customer superhero for our client's team, you'll be handling everything from everyday questions to tricky order issues. Whether it's a prescription or purchase conundrum, you're the one making sure customers feel heard, helped, and happy.

Ideal Skills:
Experience with tools like Zendesk, a knack for supporting vulnerable customers, and out-of-the-box problem-solving are great. But no worries if you're new to some of it-our training and development will have you crushing it in no time!
