The Role:
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Supporting customers to service their existing policies via inbound and outbound calls.
- Assisting customers during the claims process, demonstrating empathy and compassion during difficult times.
- Building rapport and a providing a personalised tailored service and experience.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and using our own judgement to resolve queries.
- Being a positive ambassador for the brand.

Option 1: Monday 8am-8pm Tuesday 9am-8pm Wed&Thurs OFF Friday 9am-8pm Saturday OFF Sunday 9am-2pm
Option 2: Monday 8am-8pm Tues&Wed OFF Thurs & Fri 9am-8pm Saturday 9am-2pm Sunday OFF
Option 3: Monday 8am-8pm Tues&Wed 9am-8pm Thurs,Fri & Sat OFF Sunday 9am-2pm
