CCA recruitment are delighted to be working with our client Tesco Bank who due to continued growth are expanding their Insurance & Money Services team and are seeking experienced Customer Service professionals to join them on this journey.Benefits:

The Role:

  • Providing outstanding customer service.
  • Supporting customers to service their existing policies via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Assisting customers during the claims process, demonstrating empathy and compassion during difficult times.
  • Building rapport and a providing a personalised tailored service and experience.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and using our own judgement to resolve queries.
  • Being a positive ambassador for the brand.

Example Shift choices:

Option 1: Monday 8am-8pm Tuesday 9am-8pm Wed&Thurs OFF Friday 9am-8pm Saturday OFF Sunday 9am-2pm

Option 2: Monday 8am-8pm Tues&Wed OFF Thurs & Fri9am-8pm Saturday 9am-2pm Sunday OFF

Option 3: Monday 8am-8pm Tues&Wed 9am-8pm Thurs,Fri & Sat OFF Sunday 9am-2pm
