Huntswood is seeking motivated call centre agents to be part of our expanding utilities campaign. With start dates in March and April, this role offers incredible benefits and chances for career advancement.

Position Overview:

  • Address customer complaints in our vibrant call centre, handling issues related to billing, metering, appointments, and service.

  • Utilise your customer service skills to follow up with customers and ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Role Details:

  • Start Date: End of March and April 2025

  • Salary: 12.60 per hour + performance and loyalty bonuses

  • Location: Glasgow City Centre (Hybrid working post 12 weeks of training)

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm - Increase hours available after training period completed.
