Your rate of pay and hours of work
This is a temporary, full-time position offering a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM. The role comes with an attractive hourly rate of 12.50, paid on a weekly basis, and you'll also accrue holiday pay.

Responsibilities in your new role as a Customer Service & Logistics Advisor
This role involves general office duties such as filing, handling mail, managing office supplies, and ensuring office equipment is functioning. It also includes administrative support, such as arranging travel, processing orders, and drafting correspondence for management. Additionally, you'll oversee contractor sign-ins, safety checks, and maintenance, while managing logistics tasks like packaging orders, stock upkeep, and coordinating shipments.

Your personality, experience and qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess excellent communication skills, demonstrating both a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions. Strong telephone etiquette is essential, along with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues. A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel is required to manage emails, schedules, and data efficiently.
