We are currently seeking Customer Service Advisors to support our client's customers within their fraud contact centre in Glasgow. Key Details

Start Date: Monday 3rd February 2025

Day Rate: 130 per day (Umbrella only recruitment) - Assistance available for Umbrella company setup

Location: Glasgow/Hybrid - Office presence required 3 times a week. Initial training will be on a hybrid working model, followed by three weeks based on-site for grad bay.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 10:30 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday (you will be required to work 1 in 2 Saturday)

A Fraud Customer Service Agent will have

  • Experience in a telephony-based customer service role
  • Ideally prior experience in the financial services sector
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with all customers
  • the abilty to work at our client's Glasgow office on a hybrid basis
  • Capaility to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience at navigating internal databases and a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word

Your Role as a Fraud Customer Service Advisor

As a Fraud Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our customers daily. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls from customers dealing with fraud, scams, and payment queries. Utilising your exceptional listening and communication skills, you will support customers during these challenging situations. Your common-sense approach will help customers resolve their concerns over the phone, ensuring a smooth and easy call experience.
