Location: Glasgow City Centre, Hybrid after training
Salary: 22,500 per annum + Annual Bonus
Shift Pattern: Compressed shifts (flexibility required)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding service to customers
Handle customer queries, policy amendments, general enquires
Build rapport with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Resolve issues effectively, ensuring first-time resolution.
About You:
Experience: Minimum 12 months customer service experience within a contact centre, hospitality, or retail setting.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Attributes: A positive attitude, flexibility, and a customer-first mindset.
