Helpdesk Operator/Customer Service Advisor

Salary £11.90 per hourHours - 21 Hours Location Glasgow

Shift Pattern: Variety of OOHs shifts including backshift and weekends - Backshift & Weekend Shift Pattern:

Monday 3-10, Tuesday 3-10, Friday 3-10 & Saturday 8-4Wednesday 3-10, Thursday 3-10, Saturday 3-10 & Sunday 9-5

Here's what you can expect to be doing:

* Handling inbound and outbound calls, and logging jobs in a fast-paced environment* Co-ordinating contractors and City Technicians to ensure they attend to my clients standards* Working in partnership with customers to achieve results * Completing a variety of administrative tasks such as quotes, uplifts, emails* End-to-end job management * Working as part of a team to drive customer excellence Here's what we would like from you: * Driven and passionate with a great attitude to deliver customer excellence * Helpdesk experience in facilities management * Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Accuracy and attention to detail* Ability to work as part of a team and effectively manage own workload * Administrative experience, including knowledge of Microsoft office packages* Previous contact centre/call centre/helpdesk experience
