Our client, a leading organisation in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Co-Ordinator to join their team. In this role, you will provide essential support by responding to customer support calls and coordinating with a team of regionally based technicians to ensure the smooth completion of onsite service works.

As a Service Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for logging new service calls and liaising with customers. Your excellent planning skills will come into play as you allocate and schedule service technicians to meet customer requirements. In addition, you will maintain the SAP database, update customers on the status of repairs and orders, and collaborate with other internal teams as necessary. This role also involves general administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the Service department.

* Previous experience in a varied administrative role in a busy environment.* Scheduling experience is desirable but not essential.* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.* A professional and courteous telephone manner, with an ability to build strong relationships.* Excellent communication and teamworking skills.* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.* Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
