Our client, a specialist in their field, are currently seeking a customer focused and detail orientated Service Coordinator to support their local maintenance team. Salary:  £25-26k dependant on experienceContract:  12 monthsLocation:  Uddingston, GlasgowBenefits:– 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, Pension, Rewards Scheme (discounts in 800 stores), Healthcare Cash Plans This is a varied role working within a small team of Service Coordinators helping to ensure the local maintenance teams deliver excellent service to their customers.  You will be liaising with account managers, engineers and customers directly whilst updating and maintaining accurate customer, contract, site and installed equipment records on the service management system. You will also be helping to prepare work schedules and service routes for field operatives, managing timesheets, job sheets and all related paperwork that needs to be scanned into the system.  Our ideal applicant will have/be;   
  • Strong administration experience ideally within a service/support coordination role
  • Experience of working within an engineering organisation would be valuable
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbally and written
  • Detail orientated
  • Strong IT skills
  • Highly organised and able to work under pressure
  • Work independently and as part of a team
