Data Architect - CMDB - ServiceNow - 12 month contract - Glasgow Hybrid (3 days onsite)I have an immediate opportunity for a Data Architect with ServiceNow experience for an ongoing project with our cllient in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and design data architecture for the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Ensure compliance with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and industry best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve data quality and governance.
Audit and improve data structures, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Engage with stakeholders to define and implement data strategies.

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven background working as a Data Architect within large, corporate environments.
Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience.
Knowledge of ITSM frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management).
Familiarity with ITIL methodologies and Agile processes.
Strong communication skills with experience in stakeholder engagement.
Financial Services experience is a plus.
