Job Title: Demolition Site Manager
Location: Glasgow
Salary: 30,000 - 55,000 (DOE) + Package

We are recruiting for an experienced Demolition Site Managerto join a reputable construction company working on projects across Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong background in demolition, looking to take on responsibility for managing projects with values of up to 5 million.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage demolition projects from start to completion
- Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory standards
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor and control project budgets and schedules
- Provide daily reports and updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
- Manage waste disposal and ensure environmental regulations are adhered to

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Demolition Site Manageris essential
- Knowledge of current health and safety legislation in demolition
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage site teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing projects with values of up to 5 million
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
