We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of client campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, developing social media content, and shaping the overall marketing strategy.

This position is ideally suited to individuals with an agency background and offers the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of SMEs across various industries. You will also play a key role in managing Nexus' own marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand growth and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain and optimise our portfolio of clients' Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Develop digital marketing strategies that align with the overall brand and marketing objectives of our clients specifically, lead generation and online sales.
  • Setup and test event and conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixels.
  • Design, schedule and manage organic social media content plans for our clients.
  • Manage several projects, from planning to brief writing, ensuring all campaigns are on-brand, on-time, and within budget.
  • Measure campaign success and analysing data with Google Ads reports, Meta Ads reports and Google Analytics 4.
  • Produce monthly report on return on investment and key performance indicators.
  • Create engaging content for our website, blog, social media, and email marketing.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Lead on account management and client meetings/calls to oversee the delivery of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with our design and technical team to improve marketing campaigns and website content and online stores.
  • Work independently, managing your time effectively, and being proactive with ideas and solutions that can help Nexus and our clients grow.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing (3-5 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create reports.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving and campaign development.
