The Interactive Team is a well-established outsourced sales company with one mission: to revolutionize the sales industry by becoming the most professional, powerful, and proactive sales company in the UK. We are now looking to bring on an apprentice to support the operations team in assisting our partners and sales teams across the UK. You will be based in the Glasgow office but may be required to provide support across the wider business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • In this role you will become an expert user in Salesforce, Excel and Sharepoint. You will have an advanced level of access to reconcile queries, generating reports and provide information requests
  • You will work collaboratively across teams being the first point of contact to support others in the organisation to understand specific features of these packages, and how to use them for record keeping, finance requirements and supplier/ client support
  • You will become proficient in all the Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Using this suite, you will contribute to reporting for incoming client files, preparing relevant documentation, generating client specific reports and invoicing
  • You will become a super user in Salesforce over the duration of your apprenticeship, leading to an expert level of knowledge which you will be required to share with other end users across the organisation
  • Other duties can include acting as a branch liaison to support on events, general administrative duties and taking calls from colleagues/ suppliers to support with service requests

What you need to succeed:

  • Good understanding Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Good attention to detail
  • An understanding of what excellent customer service looks like
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous work experience providing customer service is required

Salary:

£17,000 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
