Requirements for the role -

* Previous construction/engineering or similar industry experience required * To be successful with this role you will need to pass a UK Security clearance. * Full Driver's license. * Due to the nature of our client's organisation, you will be required to travel within the UK. The volume of travel will depend upon the business needs, but you could be required on site every 8 weeks for approximately a week.* Flexibility and availability to travel when required.

The role -

* Providing project support and ensuring control of all documentation in line with project processes and procedures.* To provide a complete administration function for the project.* Maintain document control processes with regard to non- revisable documents, ensuring appropriate capture and storage of soft and hard copy material.* Ensure all incoming and outgoing correspondence is logged, scanned and uploaded to Workspace according to the project protocol.* Ensure that site paperwork is being captured correctly and being filtered through to all those necessary and according to the project management team's distribution lists.Skills/attributes required - * Previous document controller or compliance administration experience* Ability to work in a fast paced and document heavy environment * Excellent verbal communication * Data management * Accuracy and attention to detail * Prioritise and manage time effectively * Analytical * Proficient in MS Office
