Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our client's team as a QA Audit/Compliance Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation adheres to regulatory standards and company policies, while maintaining the highest level of accuracy. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough audits of internal processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to improve accuracy and efficiency of internal operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any compliance issues and drive continuous improvement
  • Document and report audit findings and recommend corrective actions as necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to maintain compliance and accuracy 

Qualifications & requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, audit, or compliance roles
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards 

Day-to-Day

  • Reviewing and analysing internal processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with teams to implement and monitor quality assurance measures
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Communicating findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders
