Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Scotland has an opportunity for a Document Controller to join our established client based in Barrhead. This is a full-time permanent role offering the chance to work with a very successful employer. 

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8 am to 5 pm and Friday 8 am to 4 pm. Hybrid working is also available.

This role will sit within the Support Services team and you will be responsible for supporting the use of a cloud-based document storage platform. Reporting into the BIM Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Updating project document registers to a “Live” status and maintaining this until handed to project teams.
  • Uploading documents to Common Data Environment using both extranet and desktop platforms. This will include assigning naming conventions to comply with procedures and standards.
  • Liaising with project teams directly to deal with any discrepancies whilst following company procedures and meeting BIM standards.
  • Provide regular internal training and support to employees across the business.

The successful candidate must be competent in Microsoft Office/365 including Word, Excel and Outlook. You will be an organised individual with the ability to manage your own workload and have strong team working skills alongside a personal drive to work individually.
