We have a current opportunity for a Technical Officer for a 6 month contract based in Glasgow.
The role will be for 6 months and you will predominantly be working on the ongoing kitchen and bathroom project with some involvement in stock condition surveys.
The main duties of the role will be:
- surveying of properties
- attending march ins
- assessing quality of contractors work of kitchen and bathroom replacements
- sign off of above work
- ad hoc component replacement
- roof & gutter inspections
You will mainly be site/office based however home working will be available at times when workload allows.
To be considered for the role you must have experience in a similar role and have technical/experience and knowledge.
The properties are all within walking distance so a car is not required for the role.
Start date will be beginning of March.
