Our consultancy client are looking for a BA with experience of regulatory/infrastructure change and strategic process innovation from a tax reporting operation perspective. Managing change through bringing together stakeholders across operations, corporate tax, technology and wider business units across their client a major FS company. You will define requirements to implement change via technology, procedures and controls and define business cases to support the prioritisation of change. Documenting detailed user stories, impact assessments and functional specs you will partner with technology and operations ensuring the key stakeholders are included in the agile journey.

You will have experience of managing complex requirements and delivery of regulatory change projects in banking and have a strong understanding of regulations within the trade lifecycle and experience of managing change in front to back office trade flows.

This role will require you to be in the office for 3 days a week and has been deemed to be inside of IR35.
