Position: Deputy ManagerReporting to: Home ManagerLocation: GlasgowService: Elderly CareSalary: £43,000 - £47,000With a clinical background, the perfect candidate will hold management and supervisory experience to support the Home Manager to ensure the best standards and quality of care are provided.Responsibilities* Take leadership for the care team supporting with training, continuing their professional development, rotas. * Create and monitor care plans* Support the Home Manager with daily operations of the home such as budgeting, reporting, * Work closely with external stakeholders* Create and maintain good relationships with residents and their families, addressing any queries they have and supporting them where needed.* Complying with standards set by SSSC and following all company, operational and health and safety procedures.* Continuous personal development. Requirements* Must be an RGN with an active PIN.* SVQ4 in Leadership and Management is beneficial but not essential.* Previous experience in a leadership role, creating strong working relationships with team members. * Knowledge of care home operations and of the expectations of standards.
