Job Title: Nursing Home Manager
Location: Glasgow
Salary: Up to £70,000 plus bonus
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead our large nursing home in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in nursing home management and be nurse qualified. Key responsibilities include improving occupancy rates, reducing agency use, and ensuring compliance with Care Inspectorate (CI) standards. The successful candidate will possess fantastic communication skills and demonstrate a history of success in similar roles.
Key Requirements:- Nurse qualified- Extensive experience managing large nursing homes- In-depth knowledge of Care Inspectorate (CI) standards- Proven track record of improving occupancy rates- Experience in reducing agency staff usage- Exceptional communication skills
