Senior Solutions Architect


D365 - Power Platform - Azure - Dynamics Customer and Engagement

Are you looking to be at the cutting edge of the BizApp space within financial services? This could be the role for you.

Head Resourcing are currently working with one of our major financial services clients to recruit a talent Solutions Architect in the BizApps space. This role will sit within the BizApps Centre of Excellence and will be at the heart of our client's digital strategy as they look to drive innovation and work with the latest Copilot and AI technology offerings.

What you'll be doing..
* Define and implement strategic Power Platform architecture and design patterns.
* Collaborate with internal teams, Microsoft, and partners to shape solutions and establish best practices.
* Provide expert guidance during project initiation and ensure adherence to design assurance processes.
* Represent the COE in governance forums, advising on Power Platform adoption and risks.
* Mentor COE team members to build expertise and capabilities.

What you need to bring..
* 5+ years' experience designing and deploying Microsoft Power Platform solutions (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
* Expertise in secure, scalable, and high-performance solution development.
* Deep understanding of platform capabilities, integration methods, and optimization strategies.
* Familiarity with licensing and governance models to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Azure integration, Azure Service Bus, and Synapse
* Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and support adoption initiatives.
