Sonic Summary

The job is for an Electrical Design Engineer based in Glasgow with a pay rate of £45-50 per hour, outside IR35.
The position is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week on-site and offers an initial contract of 6-12 months.
Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience with AutoCAD Electrical and knowledge of electrical infrastructure design.
Essential skills include knowledge of statutory compliance, control systems, and various safety and power distribution systems.
Experience in the Marine or Oil & Gas industries and working within an ATEX environment is desirable but not mandatory.

Essential Skillset:

Knowledge of statutory compliance
Experience with AutoCAD Electrical - 10+ years
Knowledge of control systems
Experience of electrical infrastructure design ( HVAC, Fire and Gas systems, Lighting, safety shutdown systems and power distribution)

Desirable skillset:

Experience within Marine or Oil & Gas industries
Working within a ATEX environment
