We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team as a key member responsible for routine maintenance tasks, efficient delivery, and effective repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving mindset, expertise in 3-phase electrical systems, and the ability to interpret technical drawings to a high level.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of asset care, driving improvements and ensuring optimal performance. You will collaborate in root cause problem-solving activities and provide subject matter expertise to identify, action, and implement fixes in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend asset care meetings to discuss and prioritize maintenance tasks.
  • Deliver routine maintenance activities according to daily and weekly plans.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are accurately documented in the Maintenance System.
  • Provide technical expertise in 3-phase electrical systems and other areas as required.
  • Participate actively in root cause problem-solving and troubleshooting activities.
  • Drive asset care improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reliability.
  • Monitor and report on the condition of assets to identify areas for improvement or potential failure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
