We are delighted to be working with the UK's leading FM & Maintenance contractor to find a Mobile Electrical Engineer for Glasgow and surrounding areas.


Role Overview

In your new role as an Electrical Engineer you will undertake routine PPM tasks, planned maintenance in line with scheduled dates along with reactive repairs and Electrical Installation work as required. Be part of a call-out rota after initial period (1 week in every 6) and ensure all documentation is completed correctly for all tasks and reactive tasks are reported and recorded on to the CAFM system. You may also be called upon to assist with general building maintenance activities.


What we are looking for

Essential: City and Guilds 18th Edition


The Electrical Engineer will need City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent, 18th edition IEE wiring Regulations, Electrical Inspection & testing City & Guilds 2391, and experience using a range of maintenance equipment and basic mechanical knowledge is desirable but not essential. HV AP qualification desirable, but training will be provided to obtain this.

The role covers Scotland on an On Call basis, the ideal candidate location would be Glasgow centered, although anywhere within The Central Belt could be an option.

Additional experience in the following would also be advantageous: AxScada alarm wiring, alarm testing, ACB's, UPS's, Standby Generators
