Project Location: Glasgow
Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor is advantageous
Role and Responsibilities:
- Cost Analysis and Budgeting
- Bid Preparation and Submission
- Stay updated on market trends, material prices, and labor costs to ensure accurate estimates
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to align estimates with project scopes. Assist in project engineering and design progression
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong project experience across Engineering Services.
