We are recruiting an Mechanical Plumber to join our team in Glasgow!
The Role
- Ensure all PPMs are carried out in line with PPM planner and SLAs.
- Ensure all vendors deliver services in line with the contractual obligations and expectations.
- To identify, reduce and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) associated with PPM operations.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations on site, also liaising with client on site team.
- Identifying faults found during PPMs and ensuring the most cost effective and environmentally suitable resolutions are priced and put forward.
- Organising and planning all works outside of normal working hours.
- Regular plant room checks.
Hours
- Monday - Friday
- 8am - 5pm
- Overtime & weekend flexibility required
- On-Call schedule available
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of Plumbing City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3
- Maintenance experience
- FM Knowledge or experience.
