Key Responsabilities:

  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PPM) on all on-site machinery and equipment.

  • Quickly identify and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.

  • Contribute to ongoing improvements by proactively identifying faults and conducting root cause analyses.

  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

  • Keep precise records in the site's CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

  • Review maintenance data to detect patterns and help implement corrective measures.

  • Collaborate with production teams to maintain smooth and efficient factory operations.

  • Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Recognized engineering certification (HNC/HND or equivalent).

  • Extensive mechanical and electrical maintenance experience (experience with industrial laundry or production equipment is a plus).

  • Proficient in using CMMS and applying best practices in maintenance.

  • Hands-on, proactive approach with strong troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset.

This role is Monday to Friday working 08:00-16:00 (40 hours per week) paying 22.50 per hour (equivilent of 46,800 per anum).
