Electrician

A1 Jobs are currently recruiting for experienced Electrician on a full-time Permanent basis.

My client is a fast-growing company based in Glasgow and surrounding areas who are constantly expanding. Priding themselves on quality work with outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate good knowledge across the electrical sector and will have a sound understanding of relevant electrical regulations, related paperwork and the need to work within a health & Safety environment in a responsible manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing and inspection experience essential.
• Install, maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct electrical testing and maintenance to the highest standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Conduct electrical testing and maintenance to the highest standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professionalism at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Fully qualified electrician with experience in electrical testing and maintenance.
• 18th edition.
• Valid ECS/CSCS card.
• Should hold a clean Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Be presentable and hard working with excellent communication skills.
• Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you are well organised, can work off your own initiative and have a current UK driving license.
