CBW has an excellent new opportunity for a static maintenance electrician to join a leading facilities company on a permanent basis. This is working on a large static site in the Glasgow area and requires the candidate to have pervious commercial maintenance experience. This company looks after their engineers and career progression is at the forefront of the business. The ideal candidate will be situated in Glasgow and hold their18th edition qualification.
Hours:
08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday
Key responsibilities:
Completing PPM schedules on small works and reactive repairs. This will involve various skill sets, however you must be electrically qualified. You will be required to attend to reactive calls and ensure top quality work at all times.
Providing a high level of customer service to a portfolio of clients
Lighting (small installations, fault finding, lamping etc)
Emergency lighting tests
Control panels
PAT testing
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor
Maintain and update log books
Person specification:
Level 3 and 18th Edition qualified
Must be experienced in building services engineering
Some Mechanical knowledge would be preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Able to work on own initiative
Salary & Benefits:
Basic of 38,000
Call out 1in4
25 days plus bank holidays
