Sonic Summary
- We are seeking a mobile maintenance electrician based in the Glasgow area for a permanent position.
- The role offers a salary of up to £41,400 with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
- The electrician will be on call 1 in 6 weeks, receiving £115 standby pay plus overtime.
- Candidates must have at least previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience and hold qualifications such as SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2, along with the 17th/18th edition certification.
- A valid driving license is required, and a van will be provided for personal use.
Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Basic Plumbingmaintenance
AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
17th/ 18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Valid driving license
