Sonic Summary
- We are seeking a mobile maintenance electrician for a permanent position based in the Glasgow area.
- The salary for this role ranges from £36,000 to £45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- The job requires a minimum of prior PPM and reactive maintenance experience.
- Candidates must hold qualifications such as SNVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 1 and 2, along with the 17th or 18th edition certification.
- Additional benefits include a company van for personal use, a pension plan, and an employee share scheme.
Monday to Friday days, 40 hours per week. On call TBA. Van supplied with personal use. pension, employee share scheme and more
Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Basic Plumbingmaintenance
AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
17th or18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Valid driving license
Able to pass a clearance check
