About YouWe are seeking a skilled, experienced Electrician who:

- Lead Electrician: Expert installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, with a focus on solar energy and battery storage solutions.
- Lead and execute projects with a high standard of workmanship and efficiency.
- Demonstrate expertise in fault finding and ensuring the correct functioning of complex systems.
- Maintain high-quality, accurate, compliant, and diligent workmanship.
- Be professional: Arrive on time, communicate effectively with teammates and customers, and demonstrate accountability, responsibility, and ownership.
- Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping and paperwork.
- Uphold our reputation as an industry leader with 5-star customer reviews and high NPS scores.
- Certified and experienced electrician, ideally with experience in renewable energy systems.
- Proven ability to deliver high-standard residential and commercial electrical work.
- Exceptional skills in diagnosing issues and ensuring optimal system operations.
- Commitment to thorough and accurate completion of all administrative tasks.
- Fully qualified with a clean driving licence.
- Motivated by complex problem-solving and fault-finding challenges.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent time-keeping and a professional work ethic.
- Quick to learn, especially regarding cutting-edge IT.
- Customer-focused, always considerate of customer requirements.
- Professional: Arrive on time, communicate effectively, and take ownership of tasks
