Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer to join our team, focusing on designing and developing innovative hardware solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to high-quality product development, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-level hardware design requirements and architect hardware solutions.
  • Design circuits, select components, and capture schematics.
  • Integrate software and programmable hardware onto platforms.
  • Define and execute integration testing and develop automated test procedures.
  • Manage change control and configuration processes.
  • Engage in problem-solving and ensure adherence to development processes.
  • Continuously improve hardware development for cost, time, and quality efficiency.
  • Collaborate with software, systems, and safety teams.
  • Manage suppliers, including scoping work packages and reviewing their deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience in digital electronics and programmable logic device design.
  • Familiarity with real-time systems and safety-critical development (e.g., IEC62566).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
