Daily Duties:

  • Providing onsite and remote IT support to small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, Office 365, and Virtualisation.
  • Performing onsite client visits to troubleshoot, install, and configure IT solutions.
  • Assisting with IT projects, including office moves, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Configuring and maintaining telephony and mobile device management solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 processes and assisting with audits.
  • Providing training and guidance to end users on IT best practices.

  • Windows Workstation & Server
  • Active Directory & Group Policy
  • Microsoft Office 365 & Azure
  • Networking (Routers, Switches, WiFi, Firewalls)
  • Hyper-V / VMware Virtualisation
  • Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions
  • Endpoint Security (Antivirus, EDR Solutions)
  • Telephony & Mobile Device Management

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with clients and internal teams.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (client site visits required).
  • A proactive approach to learning and developing new technical skills.
