In this role, the successful Signalling Technician would be responsible for assisting the Team Leader in carrying out signalling and other associated works as directed in a safe and responsible manner as well as assisting with duties, including and not limited to signalling disconnections/reconnections, SMTH testing, ensuring all work is carried out in a safe and compliant manner

This role would suit a Signalling Technicnan/Installer with good knowledge of all aspects of Signalling equipment and rules and regulations of railway working.

THE PERSON:

  • Thorough knowledge of signalling equipment
  • Thorough knowledge of rules and regulations of railway working
  • Fully flexible to workdays, evenings, nights, and weekends

THE ROLE:

  • Assisting on site operations, and future projects.
  • Ensuring all site operations are carried out safely, and in accordance with standards, reporting on accidents and near misses.
  • 4 week roster, 2 weekends and nights out of 4
