Are you ready to take on a pivotal role that combines planning, organising, and hands-on technical support? We are seeking anEngineering Coordinatorto play a key role in ensuring our high-quality products and services meet customer expectations throughout their lifecycle.

This is a dynamic position that involves coordinating installation, servicing, and warranty support activities both on-site and at customer locations. You'll also ensure seamless delivery of modification programs and project completion, all while fostering a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise, and supervise the day-to-day delivery of installation and servicing/warranty support.
  • Ensure timely execution of product modification programs, including preparation of tools, parts, and team competency.
  • Collaborate with project management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate materials, drawings, tooling, and test equipment to support efficient project execution.
  • Manage overtime approvals and team coordination to maintain productivity.

About You:
To thrive in this role, you should be able to couple your excellent knowledge of overhaul in Rail alongside a hands-on approach, coupled with strong organisational skills and experience in a similar environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and liaise with cross-functional teams and customers will be key to your success.
