We are currently recruiting a Operations Co-ordinator for a permanent position in Glasgow.

You will work closely with clients, engineers, and sub-contractors to ensure maintenance and reactive work is accurately planned, well managed and completed timely and the SLA is achieved.    

Main duties include:

  • Live Call logging on Internal job management system (Job Logic)
  • Handling Engineer’s workload of PPM and Reactive works. 
  • Open jobs should be reviewed daily to ensure they are completed adequately, or further work is actioned as required.
  • Raising and issuing PO’s.
  • Ordering materials and plant
  • Ensuring clients assets are maintained and fully compliant. 
  • Manage and monitor jobs to completion within the required SLA.
  • Managing client’s online portals.
  • Process and issue reports to clients.
  • Arrange access arrangements. 
  • Procurement of supplies and hire access equipment.  
  • Assist in risk assessment collation and issuing to clients. 
  • Administration tasks as required by the business.

Personal Specification:

  • Strong administrative experience.
  • Previous experience working in a busy helpdesk would be advantageous however not essential as full training will be given.
  • Strong IT skills with working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure within a busy office environment.
