Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor Location: Glasgow, ScotlandSalary / Benefits £25k - £36k +Training +BenefitsLevel of Experience: Trainee Legionella Risk Assessor through to Lead Legionella Risk AssessorProfileOur client is an established and growing Water Treatment company who deliver a wide range of water treatment / legionella services to clients across the central belt of Scotland. They are currently recruiting for a n experienced and qualified Legionella Risk Assessor / Consultant based in or around the Glasgow area. The ideal candidate will come from a strong legionella background with extensive experience carrying out legionella risk assessments to a wide range of site bases.Applications will be considered from: East Kilbride, Paisley, Kilmarnock, Falkirk, Edinburgh, Lanark, Wilshaw, Hamilton, Clydebank, Livingston, MotherwellQualifications & experience - City & Guilds or WMSoc Equivalent in Legionella Risk Assessing- Experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor for an established Legionella/Water Hygiene company- Robust understanding of ACOP L8 Guidelines- Strong written ability- Comfortable with client-facing interactions, providing a professional and reliable experience- Able to adapt to company needs, travelling if/when requiredRoleDuties will include; - Conducting Legionella Risk Assessment on a range of sites from Education and Public Sector Sites through to larger Commercial sites. - Producing handwritten reports for clients outlining RA findings, risk level and remedial actions. - Writing and implementing management plans. - Maintain excellent working knowledge of HSG 274 and working to guidelines. - Producing schematic drawings.- Were needed undertaking basic remedial and monitoring tasks. - Arranging own schedule and dealing with own portfolio of clients and building strong working relationships.Alternative Job Titles: Risk Assessor, Legionella Consultant, Legionella Engineer, Legionella Operative, Water Treatment Risk Assessor, Water Risk Assessor.A competitive salary, depending on experience, company vehicle and many other benefits awaits the successful candidate.Future Select are recruiting in the Water Treatment/Hygiene industry, we work with the best clients & candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the market.We would be interested in speaking to candidates with experience in any disciplines from Risk Assessors, Service Engineers, Account Managers and Business Development/Operational Managers through to Director level.
