Position Overview: The Assistant General Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our events business. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with a passion for event management and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution, including logistics, staffing, and client relations.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their events are executed flawlessly.
  • Manage and train event staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Oversee the scheduling and management of staff shifts.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor financial performance and assist in budget management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
